As a member of the steering committee for the Japan Stop AIDS
Fund, I have been involved in IEC activities for the prevention
of AIDS and in the distribution of the Fund. Although NGOs'
applications have been increasing year after year, the donations
have been decreasing. I am, therefore, very sorry that we are
not able to accommodate all the requests of NGOs.
I am determined to make further effort to spread the correct
knowledge about HIV/AIDS because young people seem to have been
losing interest in HIV/AIDS.
